- Service Charge Processing charges not refunded on failed transactions Customers are asked to bear ch Closed
While paying rent using NoBroker App, there was processing charges taken around ***rs. However after multiple followups, customer care kept on saying, today, day after, ** hrs & finally they sent mail saying refund imitated. But refund is only main amount. Service charge or processing charges they are not refunding at all. Upon asking they say, they have mentioned in terms & conditions. Its not fair on part of customers.
