ZoomCar - Refund not received

I'm eligible for a refund of Rs. *** for the Cancellation of my booking (JPS*NAQQC) made in September ****.
Zoomcar never bothered to initiate my refund untill *th April ****. I received a msg with a link to get my refund through cashgram, the link was valid till **th April.

I have been trying since *th April, However, the link directed me to cashgram website that says
"Money collection pending
Rs.***
To xxxxxxxxxx
from Zoom Car

Kindly contact the sender by stating the below reference ID

Reference ID : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Unless you have an active booking, there's no way to contact customer support over phone call. So I've written several email in the past month addressing the issue, also shared the screenshots for reference, and absolutely no response.

Although their refund policy states to initiate refund in ** working days, it's been * months and still no response for my refund.

It's been really stressful and scarry to avail such online services for providing such a bad experience.

This is last resort to seeking for my refund. I hope it works.
