Dear Sir
I have booked flight to kozhikode from Kolkotha on November *th. Due to the cyclone flight cancelled and we have requested for refund of the same. I have booked the ticket through cleartrip. I am attaching the E-ticket for your information. Please take immediate steps to refund the same at the earliest. It has been more than * weeks that we haven't received the refund. flight got cancelled not because of our fault.
