Clear Trip flights - Refund not received for almost one month

Nicole De Souza filed complaint against Clear Trip flights on Aug 23, 2021

I had booked * tickets from Cleartrip for Goa-Bangalore (return trip). However due to a glitch in their website my tickets weren't booked for correct dates. On calling Cleartrip they told me that they would cancel my tickets and offer me a whole refund . (Please note : the tickets were cancelled from Cleartrip's side)
I've been calling them for almost a month in regards to this and they have not provided any solution. All they say is we have forwarded your concern to the finance department. Or please wait for *-* days or **-** hrs which has now turned into almost a month.
They don't respond to emails or call back even if they promise to do so.
AirAsia has sent me a mail stating that part of the refund has already been credited from their side. However, Cleartrip hasn't even refunded that part of the refund.
During a pandemic people have suffered enough loses and cannot really afford to lose money to something like this.
