I have booked flight from Bangalore to vijayawada for * seats and the ticket was not confirmed after payment was made. I called customer care number, but not reachable them on any support number. I tried reaching for Bank support also but was no use.

Payment was made on **th of November and was to be refunded within * working days. Mode of payment was HDFC credit card.
