Clear Trip flights - Credit shell not created by clear trip instead

I have booked my air tickets round trip between Coimbatore & Pune on **/**/****.
Trip ID ************
Due to Covid **- the conference which was scheduled on April was cancelled. SO WHEN I ENQUIRED FOR REFUND IF THE MONEY.
I GOT A MAIL FROM CLEAR TRIP THAT I HAVE CANCELLED MY TICKETS - ACTUALLY WHICH I DIDN'T.
THEN I ENQUIRED WITH GOINDIGO AIRLINES, WHO REASSURED ME WITH THE CREDIT SHELL.
PNR- UMVPFA & AP*WPE.
WHEN I ATTEMPT TO UTILISE THAT CREDIT SHELL IT IS MENTIONING AS THE PNR IS INVALID.
