Clear Trip flights - Charging unfair amount for cancelled flight to reschedule

I booked by * way ticket from cleartrip from Hyd-Dubai with plan dates as **th Nov and *th Feb **** return.
My return flight was cancelled by the airline and then the airline scheduled my flight to *th Feb which is contradicting to my calender. When i contacted cleartrip to prepone my travel date to **th january, I got the notification from FlyDubai that they have rescheduled my flight but when i tried to print the new itinerary, it is not reflecting on cleartrip. When i contacted them, cleartrip said as per below:
"We have checked for seat availability and fares for the given flight option.
FZ**** T **JAN DXBHYD **** **** **JAN
In order to change the flight, the following charges are applicable per person per sector:
Airline Charge: INR ****
Cleartrip Amendment Charge: INR ***
Total Amendment Charges (payable): INR ****"
Now the FlyDubai has the ongoing policy which is allowing free of charge flight change when flight is cancelled. When i confront the customer rep "Aakash", he started to say it's price difference and when i confront him saying there is no price difference for the travel dates *th Feb and **th jan ****, he started to say travel fares are not reflecting for us and they have been held by the airline. NOW THIS IS SO STRANGE TO HEAR.
What it looked very clear to me is that cleartrip is trying to make extra money under the shade of travel change and fooling their customers.
FlyDubai has denied charging any such amount for travel change and confirmed that travel change is free when flight is cancelled by airline.
