We booked a car(Ford Ecosport) from Zoomcar on **st August to *rd September for a trip from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The battery died once we reached Bangalore, we connected with Zoomcar and they sent someone to jumpstart the car, but it was temporary fix and battery was discharging again and again. We then requested them to replace the batter but they were not ready to do that. They were just wasting our time and suggesting that we should get the battery replaced and then they'll refund but as per thousands of reviews nobody was getting these refunds. After **-** hours of calls they finally replaced the battery and when we returned the car at the location they deducted some extra amount with some lame explanation and said that amount will be refunded in few days. It's been * months and we still haven't received any refund and we keep seeing that amont as pending refund in the app.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
