I had booked my return ticket from Baroda to Delhi on ** Nov and * Dec. On **th the farmer protest tensions increased and I had to cancel my tickets last minute. The customer care agents (**-** of them) to whom I spoke on ** Nov stated that Airlines has extended a special ***% refund policy for all passengers who wish to cancel or reschedule their Delhi flights due to farmer protest. It is *.* months since then and I am still following up. The team keeps saying you will get refund but they aren’t releasing it.
