Eureka Forbes - Refund not received

We had purchased Forbes Robo VAC N MOP from Eureka through company appointed sales executive under ** days money refund scheme vide ref. Invoice No. I*********** dated **th October **** (sales executive ID NO. *******) Due to not meeting expectations, we had approched Eureka thro the same sales executive to initiate return of the product and refund of the amount paid. Till date, even after so many follow-ups, no response from Eureka. I bought this product by opting EMI facility. Hence, incurring every month interest on the loan opted. Requested this forum to help me in getting refund and resolve the issue
