I have booked an Indigo flight with Ixigo on **th May **** (PNR: UD*JXR ). I paid an extra amount as insurance to cover cancellation fees too. The flight was canceled by the airlines due to lockdown, and the airline company also refunded the money back to Ixigo. However, Ixigo didn't refund the money back to me. Since then I have been following up the Ixigo team over calls but I only receive apologies and a new date for a refund. As per their email confirmation post-cancellation, then refund was to be processed by **th July **** but has still been processed till now.
