Ixigo.com - Non Booked Ticket amount not refunded

I have been following up with the call center for the refund of fare for tickets booked by me on *th of March from Shirdi to Hyderabad. The tickets for not confirmed but the amount of **** was deducted from my bank account, immediately i have updated the same to your call center they have asked me to wait for * days and its been more than * days so i am writing this mail to seek confirmation of refund of my money on priority basis.

Its really pathetic, even after my several calls and update to the customer service desk of ixigo, after providing the required details you are still asking me further more details. I haven't received any updates or booking ID, how come i get a booking ID when the ticket itself was not confirmed. Moreover i have already said i have sent the mail through the same id from which i have booked the tickets.

Its been already * days from *th of March, The very first day when i updated the same thing to your call center executive, they have insisted me to wait for * working days to get the refund, when the executive has already confirmed me that the ticket that i booked was not confirmed and the refund will be initiated soon and will get the same by * working days. After * days when i called up call center they are telling me to drop a mail, which i did and mentioned the details of phone number and email id i have used for booking the tickets, than what is that you are asking me to share more.

This is totally harassing and ridiculous on your part to play such with customer, i need my refund of **** Rs/- to be credited to my IDBI bank account from where the amount was debited asap.

NOTE : I have tried multiple times to reach to your call center executive today, but in vain.
