I got an email on *st May by your airlines that money will be refunded in original payment mode till **th June. But till now there is no refund. And my ticket is in cancellation pending mode from previous * months. I am paying extra charges for this ticket as I have paid through credit card. But there is no response from your side. On requesting for a call back , I receive no calls and you don't have any mail Id either to be contacted. What should a customer do.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
