Air Ticket Not Refunded from https://www.ixigo.com/. I booked a Vistara Air ticket from *rd party vendor https://www.ixigo.com/ for travelling from Delhi to Bangalore on **th March. i called ixigo to cancel this flight but they asked to contact vistara directly. I talked to Vistara and cancelled the ticket and they agreed for full refund. But when i asked ixigo to refund the same amount, they are not refunding the amount back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
