I have made a lot of bookings using ixigo and I have cancelled the flights directly by calling vistara airlines(as advised by ixigo) and they have provided full refund. The refund money is immediately credited to ixigo(as told by vistara customer care).
It's been * months and after * to * mails to ixigo, still now I haven't received my money back.
Please find the booking id's, refund amount and reason for the same.

THE ABOVE MENTIONED BOOKINGS ARE ALREADY CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE AND THEY HAVE PROVIDED FULL REFUND TO IXIGO. NOW IXIGO HAS TO PROVIDE THE REFUND TO ME. ITS BEEN MORE THAN * MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND FROM IXIGO. I TRIED TO CALL IXIGO FOR MORE THAN *** TIMES AND NOBODY HAS RESPONDED TILL NOW.
A TOTAL OF RS.***** AS REFUND HAS TO BE GIVEN BY IXIGO. BUT IT IS WITH IXIGO WHICH IS NOT A FAIR THING, AS YOU(IXIGO) ARE GOING TO MISS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF IXIGO. DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.
