Hello. I ordered two jeans pants from ajio on **st May ****.The product was delivered on **th May **** by the delivery agent (xpressbees) to me . I received the product and paid through cash on delivery. So , i had size issues with both the pants.In the app the product delivery is not updated. It's still seen as out for delivery and the order was cancelled and being returned to warehouse. But i received the product. As the product status was not updated in ajio i am not able to return the product and get refund of my money. I paid cash. It's been ** days and i have contacted ajio customer care service four times and they told that the issue will be solved within two days , three days. But the issue was not solved and no response.I want to return the product and receive refund as I have size issues .
