Nagarajan Srinivasan filed complaint against Big Basket on May 30, 2019
DX-BHFVO-********-****** is a prepaid order on the big basket. Products delivered were tampered and I had returned them back. I have been chasing a big basket for the last four days for a refund. Pathetic service mails to CEO elicit no response. The call centre has been raising tickets for refunds every time I call but it has not been resolved. Every time one calls the call centre, they are on hold for close to ** minutes and a standard response that they will get back to you at the earliest. I have raised the complaints on mail to the CEO, calls to the call centre and finally having no option. I have even posted the same on twitter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
