KARUN BANSAL filed complaint against Big Basket on Nov 10, 2025
For the last *-* months, everytime I order frozen food items, they get delivered in paper bag instead of ice box. Everytime I complain, they assure they will fix the SOP and next time order will be delivered in proper air tight container but this time again, same thing. Infact customer care told me, sir THIS TIME we cannot refund you. It was demeaning as if I do this for refund only. BigBasket needs to learn a lesson and respect the customer's hard earned money.
