I had ordered rice from big basket on * of Oct **** which I had received totally damaged full of insects inside it when I opened the seal I immediately contacted the costumer service of big basket and told them all the issues they said they will pick up the parcel in any condition and promised me that pick up will be done they gave me slot of * pm to **pm i waited but no one came for pick up I contacted and complaint several times but no action was taken and on ** of October around *:** am I had received a message and a mail which says my pick up order was cancelled like what the hell is this

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
