Big Basket - Regarding issue in refund of order no BNN by Big basket

Please find the attachments of my prepaid order dated ** October **** with order no: BNN-**********-********. My prepaid order was cancelled by your delivery partner without Mentioning any reason. I received the message that money will be refunded soon. But after one week, I have not received the refund. You can check the attachment of my bank passbook screenshot for your reference.
I request you to kindly pursue the request to release my refund from big basket as soon as possible.
