I ordered a wall painting for my house in which return option was available and the product was of bad quality so
I I initiated return request the very next day of delivery I.e *th of July thereafter a person called me up and refused to take the parcel because it was raining , I complained nykaa for the same after that , the delivery agents constantly starting messaging me regarding the reschedule of the pickup from my side which was totally false , on repeated complaints they cancelled the return request by themselves. I have mailed them, talked to customer support multiple times but no reply
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
