I booked new broadband and dth connection on *.**.**** by paying rs. ****. They have not installed within stipulated time.and I have cancelled my request. I was following up since **.**.****. I have not received my paid amount in refund till now. I am continuously calling customer care. Finally I received cancellation msg on **.**.**** but still not received refund.
