Max Serve Solutions Pvt Ltd - I got cheated

The service executive (from Max Serve Solutions PVT. LTD. Authorized service partner of Whirlpool, Srikrishna, No ****, East End Main Road,*th lock Jayanagar, Bangalore - ******, e-mail: care@maxserve.co.in) forcefully sold me two additional products for my new "Whirlpool *** degree bloom wash" washing machine on **th June ****. I noticed he has cheated me, I called him to take them back. The service executive Sanjay R refused to take it back saying once the bill has been done it cannot be taken back. His manager did not pick call for multiple times.
The products and how he cheated are as below:
*. Scalegon Washing machine Cleaning Powder
I agree this power may be essential to clean the machine. But the problem is he has sold me ** pouches worth one year (one pouch for every month) for ****. When I asked for only one packet worth three months he refused and he said it is sold only in sets of one year or two-year packets. The product has a date of expiry of ** months from the date of manufacture and its date of manufacturing is more than * months back. So he has sold **-month worth of product which expires in six to seven months.
Moreover, the same product is available much cheaper than I bought. Clearly, this is a fraud and I want it to be taken back.
*. Calstrait Water energizer:
Calstrait is an additional product from whirlpool which he sold it to me for Rs ****. He sold me this product saying that this washing machine has a hard water wash feature and he made me believe that without this product the machine will not perform hard water wash feature.
Actually Whirlpool *** degree bloom wash machine has its own parts builtin for this feature and can perform the hard water wash feature without this additional product. This may enhance the feature of thinning the hard water. Moreover, the same product is available online for Rs ****. Clearly, this is a fraud because he sold it to me forcefully and it is available for more less in the online market.
I believe with Voxya I will get my money back and these products are taken back. I have enclosed the photos of the bill and the photo of scales on which bears the date of manufacturing and its expiry date.
