- Refund issue in cancellation of order Closed

Order(#**********) placed on **th Feb at **:** PM. I cancelled my order the very next moment after placing it as it was wrongly placed, by calling up the restaurant number. I also confirmed from the restaurant that the food preparation was yet to take place. After that, I placed the same confirmation on the chat. Please be informed that the hotel had not yet started to prepare the said order. As confirmed by them which is also posted in the chat. Also, the order was cancelled the very next moment by calling up the restaurant directly.
As Zomato chat was unavailable at that given point of time. Later it was also updated on zomato chat, after getting connected to them. Now zomato is saying that it is unable to refund. I have been sending them emails but they don't even bother to revert it timely.
