I purchased laptop from Dell model number Inspiron **** on ** Aug ****. After just one month use, the laptop started giving abnormal heat (*** degrees). I took the laptop to their service centre in ** October where they replaced the fan, the problem still persists. I have contacted they customer service and logged the complain; Dell technical support has accessed the system remotely and noted the abnormal heat generated by the laptop. Again in month of November, I took the laptop to Dell service center where they advised that the laptop has problem in the mother board. I called up the Dell technical support and informed about the problem. They suggested to send the laptop to their office for which they have arrangement with Bluedart courier so that replacement laptop will be sent with in ** working days. It has been over ** days, I am sending reminders through my email, calling them regularly but Dell is not providing any sort of support. I feel that I have been cheated and my investment for laptop is lost.
I request you kindly help me in either getting the laptop or refund the purchase as per invoice.
