Nykaa Fashion - Refund is not received from Nykaa fashion

I cancelled my order No. NYK-********-******* and refund was to be sent to me by *th April as shown in the status.
But even after passing of about one week from the date till which the refund was supposed to be received to me, no amount is received in my account..
