I have booked two tickets from Air India Websites and cancelled due to my journey plan changed. After deduction of Cancellation fees and other charges a total amount of around Rs. ***** is not refunded to me. I have mailed and call several times to Air India but they people always told me that refund initiated on ** Jan ** and you will get refund within a week. My tickets detais is as follows
