Ravi s filed complaint against Big Basket on Feb 15, 2020
Respected sir,
I have bought three items(cooking pot of ***rs and pressure cooker of *litre of *** and one frying pan of ***rs..after getting delivered, within five minutes,I have raised complaint to big basket customer care.i have paid the amount through phone pay sir, though it is cash on delivery.
Now they are saying amount will be refunded to their big basket wallet. I have given money through the phone pay not by cash..I am requesting them to refund my amount to my account.but they are not giving me satisfied answer.
I am not satisfied with the items received sir.
Please help me out to get my refund back to my bank account.
I am attaching my bill and items pics.also phone pe payment to the delivery guy.
Please help me.
