I booked a Zoomcar self drive car for **th to **th October ****. The car booking started at **:**PM on **th October from Bangalore airport. I received the car at Bangalore airport and drove the car to my stay in Bangalore approx.. **Km from bangalore airport. Once i reached the hotel at around *:**am on **th October, i realized one head light of the car is not working, plus the engine was making a lot of noise. I directly called zoomcar customer support and reported the issue with zoomcar team, i received a call back from zoomar backhand team to which i shared necessary videos and picture's showing the problems. They said they will provide a replacement for the car in the morning but they didnt call back or pick up my call till *:**PM on **th October , i was in bangalore for my business trip , all my meetings for **th october had to be made hence i used the car the entire day as suggested by zoomcar, at the end of the day the car broke down, i made atleast **calls on **th october to zoomcar but no support and reply. Finally they toed the broke down car on **th October and suggested me that they will close the booking as this a case of breakdown zoomcar can only close the trip, after analyzing the issue they will process my refunds for trip booking, repairs and fuel and close the trip. I was promised a complete refund of the trip plus fuel and repair charges, zoomcar didnt take any action for more than **days now, still i am following up on my refund. They are now charging me a late fee of rs ***** due to their lack of commitment to my issue.
