I had scheduled bus via RedBus

Departure: **:** PM Sep **, ****
The scheduled arrival time was **:** PM ** Sep But it got delayed by * hours When I reached out to customer support they suggest to take an alternative at *:** AM and kept persisting on it. I had to wait for * hours(**:** night-*:** morning) with my parents at the boarding point. Moreover, the journey that could have been completed within the given stipulated time(** hours) got extended by extra (* hours) and reached at the destination on **th Sep at *:** PM. So overall I loss ** hours and this cost me a lot. My parents suffered all due to such utterly disgusting management. Moreover the tracking services enabled on RedBus platform shared false information like the journey was still on and on the platform it showed completed. Utterly disgusting service . I want strict measures to be taken against this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
