I booked * tickets from hyderabad to jagdalpur on **.**.** in rajdhani travels at redbus.in, but the bus service got cancelled which was found when i called to phone no's provided along with e-ticket. The same was taken to redbus.in to get my refund amount but redbus.in not refunding my amount and at all registering my complaint. Also it is very hard to reach redbus.in customer care. For any further clarification reg. bus cancellation information please call to **********. PLEASE HELP TO GET BAcK MY AMOUNT.
