I have booked ticket for kolkata to digha sbstc A/C bus *.** am. For ** persons on *nd feb ****.Bus cancelled by operator.I did not get refund also bus operator told me that there is no A/C BUS FROM SBSTC FOR KOLKATA TO DIGHA FOR LAST ** MONTHS..BUT REDBUS.IN SHOWING THAT BUS IS AVAILABLE AND ITS RUNNING..AFTER THAT I DID NOT GET ANY MAIL FROM REDBUS.IN FOR REFUND OR ANY HELP..PLS REFUND MY MONEY AND ALSO PEOPLE PLS DONT BOOK TICKET FROM REDBUS.IN..ITS REQUEST THEY ARE CHEATER.
