Redbus.in - Redbus bus cancelled without any further notice redbus is not giving the refund

I had booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Hosapete for **th August (bus timing *:**pm) on redbus. Name of the transport company is Kishore Travels. I went to the boarding point * hour before (*:**pm) my pick up time and waited upto *:**pm for the bus but the bus never arrived. Tried to enquire about the bus availability but there were no one to helpe as the bus operator contact was not picking the call. Tried to reach him over ** times but of no use.

I had called redbus customer service and informed the same. The executive raised a case and promised me that i will get a refund with in ** hours... Its been * days now and i called redbus customer service to check the status. They didnt do any thing and asked another ** hours time just to let me know the status of the case. They are saying that they are unable to reach the operator thus my case is still pending. How can redbus sell tickets of fraud travel companies and put its customers in this kind of situations.

Luckily i have recorded my calls with the customer service guys of redbus as their response was suspecious.
