Redbus.in - Fraud Drivers Led Us To miss our bus tickets of 4 passengers to Bangalore

I had a bus booking from thrissur to bangalore on **/**/**** ..I was supposed to board the bus at *:** P.M.. i reached the boarding point at *:** P.M (** mins prior mentioned )..i didn't receive any wake up call from redbus team as they have informed me that they will give a wake up call when the bus will reach to my location * kms before....so that I tried to track the bus using the live tracking system provided by redbus...it showed that the bus was delayed by ** mins which means that the bus will arrive at *:** P.M. only.
We were * in numbers including me ....there was a tea stall next to the location ..so we were standing there as we have * hr left..but after ** ** mins to saw the bus passing the location in great speed( overspeed). I immediately called the drive and asked him to stop so that we can run and catch the bus..but the drive harassed me badly saying that the bus wont stop now ...i was just behind the bus....I asked him to stop the bus so that we could get in but he denied and hang up the call and went in great speed....I called him again ...then he asked us to come ** kms away from location (vadakkenchery)...I said to him that there is no need of it..because we could get it if he stops there for at least * mins...
He informed me that the bus will be there for ** mins..
Then we took auto to the location which cost us around RS ***
And *** meters(approx. * * mins before the bus was stopped, the driver called me and said that he is taking the bus and we wont be able to board the bus)..I said to him that I m only *** mtrs away...please wait...but he harassed and abused me very badly and hung the call...then we was not answering my calls...then I called smart lines travels office , coimbatore. one of the worker said that the driver had called me but I didnt receive any call ...I asked him that I will submit the proof...and moreover....during all this scene...the live bus tracking was still showing that the bus was delayed by * hr....I dont know then why the hell are they providing such shitty services if they couldnt provide it properly .....then we had to go to the railway station which was in another district. And board a train in which we had to go to bangalore all night without getting a seat(standing there)...we * went through great struggles because it was very important for us to reach bangalore next day...
The worker in the office abused me very badly calling my father and other foul languages....
Our family members were super tensed ....I think that the drivers were fraudsters as they might have sold our tickets in black to others....**** rs is not a small sum...and even after paying it..we had to go to bnglr all standing.....it was also because if the driver as he couldnt wait for even * mins.....and the bus was delayed by * hr
