- Poor response for disconnectivity issues Closed
I am located in Nallagandla, Hyderabad. I have connected with exitel broadband internet on **th August **** and they have taken * months advance payment during connection but they are not providing support for there consistent and longer disconnectivity and speed issues. I have filed many complaints/tickets on their native channels but they don't have any tracking process to resolve the issues.
It took * days to resolve my first complaint. Also some of other members from building have already switched to other provider because of poor excitel service and behaviour. My connection is not working from yesterday but their customer support team has only one answer "we have filed your complaint and it will be resolved soon permanently" from the first day but issue never get resolve permanently.
I have requested for Refund my advance payment many times but they says they don't have such process and also they can not provide authorised person details to speak with. My work is also getting delayed and other member from society have also facing same issue so they just switched their provider but It's hard to wait for * months.
My only hope is customer support to getting my payment back.
