Planetspark - PlanetSpark not providing refund

I enrolled my daughter for *** sessions by Planetspark for a total fee of Rs*****. The fee was paid via Early Salary with a monthly EMI of Rs****. After few classes, I was not satisfied with the progress and I decided to cancel further sessions in December. It took more than a month and many many follow ups to reach to the point where they gave me the payment link of Rs***** to pay the outstanding amount for the sessions already taken and I was told that the EMIs will be stop.

All this was done by **th Jan **** and I got a confirmation from Roshni Garg. But I could still see on Early Salary website the details about the EMI that is due and the balance. When I enquired about it, I was told by Roshni that they will be collating all the cancellation files and settling the Early Salary by end of the month and no EMI will be deducted. I was asked to ignore the messages and mails from early salary for time being.

I trust them as I thought they are a startup that is genuinely trying to stay in business. That's why I made the payment when Roshni send the link.

But for Feb and March **** the EMI got deducted.

When the EMI for Feb got deducted, Lakshay Khattar from PlanetSpark said that they are working on it and it and it will be resolved soon. Most of the time, When I am trying to get in touch with them they never reply to msg or answers the call.
Again on Feb last date I was told that the Account with early salary is closed and there will be no deduction for March. And the amount deducted for Feb will be refunded by *th March. But on *nd March the amount got deducted.

There has been no refund yet.

Now I feel like a fool who is paying the EMI to Early Salary and also paid additional ** thousand to these fraud.

I want to get the refund and the account on Early Salary to be closed by PlanetSpark.

Should I register a police complaint against them for the same?
