I am writing to request a refund a transaction with Planet Spark for their One-on-One Speaking Program. I paid ₹**,***.** on February **, ****. Here are the details of my experience: Payment and Scheduling: Due to my child's school schedule and upcoming exams, I requested that the sessions start on March **, ****. Lack of Response: On March **, I attempted to contact the assigned tutor and coordinator but received no response. Despite several attempts, I struggled to get any response, leading me to raise a complaint with Planet Spark. Session Frequency Issue: Initially, the tutor responded, stating that she would conduct only two classes a week, which contradicted the promise of three weekly sessions made at the time of booking. Later, she confirmed she would conduct only one class a week. The coordinator then claimed there would be one live class, one group class, and one performance class weekly. Course Duration Discrepancy: The program was promised to last ** months, but the portal only reflected a *-month duration. Performance Classes: Despite multiple attempts to understand how to attend performance classes, I never received a satisfactory response, and my child has not attended any such classes till date. Session Cancellations: The tutor frequently canceled sessions or failed to join, resulting in only two classes being attended by the end of May, instead of the expected ten. This practice is frustrating and disrespectful to customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
