Planetspark - Not getting a refund from Planetspark for the course

Planetspark approached me for a course to my kid, they convinced me a lot in video conference to avail the program for my kid. I have told them that this program is not suit to my kid however they forced me to join and promised me that I can cancel anytime if I don't want (it was confirmed via email). So, I was registered to that program and opted EMI option (as they pushed me to opt it) After that I noticed that program is not working for my kid hence I have informed them immediately (within a week) to cancel the program. They forced me to attend * classes to cancel this program. (I believe they were tried to cheat me) As per their refund policy if anyone attended * classes then refund is not eligible. So, I shared their policy and denied to take * classes. But they were forced me so I agreed to take * classes to initiate for the cancellation. meanwhile the sales person Himanshi left the organisation. I have completed the * classes on Dec ****. On **th Dec **** they confirmed that my refund will be processed and it may take **-** working days. But as of today *st May **** I haven't received my payment and still am paying the EMI for the program which we are not taking. The latest response I got is on *th Apr **** that they will initiate a payment link for me to update the bank details. But still I haven't received any link or payment.
