Planetspark - Fake commitment with False marketing

Hi,
I have taken the registration for my child on dated July ** ****. During the time company representative commited at any point of time I can quit from the Organisation .for this reason I have paid the only some amount for the registration and also my child is not taking a single class from the organisation. I intimate the organisation on ** th that my child is now interested for the classes, and he is going to stay in boarding where this is not possible the Classes. Then the that representative Miss gujan told us don't woory ur raise the ticket and will get back the money with cancellation of Enach. as the course fee is around Rs **k and I said will register later. But after that she convinced me for registration. And any point of time I can quit. Currently one of the representative denya for return and told for kindly acknowledge that to confirm in the mail for cancellation e na h with out refund. This is not happen with me only. In social media in face and other review so many persons are also cheated by this organisation.

So my humble request for take necessary action against this organisation for My money back .
