When conecting to the web based platform, the learn screen apears very small, makes it difficult for the kid to read and response. Also shows bandwidth issues/ lagging response in web based teaching. Company had assured if I do not like the platform I can ask for admission cancellation and a refund will be issued on pro-rata basis. However when I am raising this request due to poor response, i am not attended at all. I feel like cheated.
