I had enrolled my kid in this course(Public Speaking & Creative Writing Course) after talking with Course Coordinator Darshna Agarwal(darshna.agarwal@planetspark.in ) & Muskan Agarwal (muskan.a@planetspark.in), Then I had paid **,***.** for this course. Which was converted in to EMI(****.** Monthly for ** months). After that the course started and it wasn't up to the standard as there are lot of last moment leaves and cancellation of the classes by teacher and after one month Teacher left PlanetSpark suddenly. No one from PlanetSpark informed about this and nothing was scheduled after wards. Then I reached out to PlanetSpark for the classes but in my Surprise they don't have any information about it. Later on I decided to CANCEL & discontinue the Course and I wanted my full refund(Ticket #****** by Shilpa Vyas). I wrote Multiple emails to customersupport@planetspark.in to CANCEL the service and REFUND my Money but there is no Response . After someday again i called to their customer care and they told me that some agent will call regarding this. They simply started allocating teacher. But we are not happy with their service at all & we wanted our EMI to be STOPPED immediately and refund of our Money. Then we wrote Multiple emails to customer Care but there is no response. We(me and my wife) tried to call several times . Every time they pick up call and say some agent is going to call. In stead of Cancelling the refund the money ther are doing time pass and in the mean time * EMI(August, Sept, Oct) got deducted already with out any service. This is Called CHEATING. PlanetSpark is doing fraud under " No Question asked Money Back Policy".
I have shared all of the details with you and there mail addresses also.
Kindly take actions against them so that People shouldn't fooled by this Fraud EduTech company. People with name of Education do FRAUD.
