I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Nykaa Fashion, PhonePe UPI, and HDFC Bank, and to file a formal complaint regarding the transaction I made on **th March ****, using PhonePe UPI to purchase items from Nykaa Fashion. The payment was deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation from nykaa fashion on app,email and sms. My registered mobile number for Nykaa Fashion is **********, and the transaction amount was INR ****.

Despite the transaction being successful from my end, I did not receive any confirmation from Nykaa Fashion. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the issue with the Nykaa team, PhonePe UPI, and HDFC Bank, but have been met with poor customer service, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior. It has now been over ** days since the failed transaction, and there has been no resolution to the issue.

I have contacted my bank multiple times, and I have received written confirmation from them that the money has been deducted from my HDFC account. I have attached the same confirmation for your reference. Furthermore, I have also contacted PhonePe, and they have confirmed the same.

I have found it unacceptable that despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have been bounced around between these entities, without any resolution or compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have faced. I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent behavior of the teams at Nykaa Fashion.

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, and that I receive a written apology for the emotional trauma, stress, and inconvenience caused to me by the lack of customer service and professionalism. If this issue is not resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the RBI or Consumer Forum.

I look forward to receiving a prompt resolution to this issue and an acknowledgement of my complaint. I demand a written response within five working days of receiving this email.
