Madan filed complaint against Planetspark on May 19, 2022
On May-** Planet spark had collected **** as * month subscription and e-mandate for *****.** (for remaining ** months) which supposed to be distributed over ** months and starts from * month, however planet spark submitted *rd installment (****) on May-** even before classes were started
after following up with the team planet spark representatives said they will refund and start classes immediately but the never did anything and stopped responding since May-**
initiated refund request but they are not responding to calls/e-mails
even i had sent e-mail to planet spark founders still there is no response
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
