We are admitted the patient on **st august, after * days patient is ready to discharge. We are giving ESIC for payment claiming. But they didnt check properly and telling to pay amount ****** rs. And take your patient after paying amount. After we telling ESI is there and approved also... they are not responding properly. They are delaying patient discharge from *-* days.. they are not taking care of patient after this issue.. patient feeling uncomfortable. Account people and ESI person from hospital telling some stories to discharge.. we are requesting to discharge daily, we are spending time in hospital everyday... still they didnt discharge. Really its shame for this reputed big hospital.. if the cash payment they are agreed to discharge.. due to ESI reason they are postponing discharge without taking care of patient properly... please help me for this situation
