I paid INR *** on **th August towards online video consultation of a Gynae from HSR Narayana Hospitals, which was scheduled at **.** AM, however despite waiting online for the doctor to come, she never joined. The customer care person kept on convincing me to wait and the doctor will join in next * hour then *nd hour and kept me hooked till * PM. I ended up losing my time on **th August and had to go for another hospital on **th August. The hospital despite raising multiple calls hasn't even refunded my INR *** charge towards the online consultation fee.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
