I have purchased the KENT GRAND NEW MINERAL RO in October ****. After installation I requested service on ** March **** but the request was cancelled without telling any proper reason. Now the machine has stopped working as on *.**.**** so i again place a request on the same day. They told me the technician will visit Next day and the job was assigned to a technician so I called him to confirm the visit. He replied he will not visit my place because his * month payment is due with Kent. I again called the customer service and told them the same and requested to assign some other technician. and after all
a technician visited on **.**.**. He was entirely unskilled and could not find the reason behind failure and at last he told me pcb is not working properly and needed to be replaced and it will take * days as pcb is not available and i asked him how we will live till * days without water he said I am directly connecting your device till we replace your pcb it will give you water supply. After the connection he left and the machine stopped working again in the next * hours. Next day on **.**.**** I called him in the morning several times but he didn’t pick the call and in the evening I gain called him and narrate the issue he said he will visit this evening and again he didn't visit so on **.**.**** I again called him and he again didn't pick up the calls.and again i called customer care like before they assured me this time too but no one visited my place yet and my machine is left unattended since *.**.**. I have fed up with their pathetic service and I don't want to use their product anymore i want full refund and they should also be finished for torturing customers.

I have done the AMC with sobit associate for complete one year but when we start complain about service then they are not picking up the phone & not ready to give service.now their mobile is also switched off....
