Kent Ro Water Purifier - Not taken delivery still refund awaited from last 1 month

Return E Order No. ER***********. I ordered a kent water purifier after talking to their representative. I was sent a link for the payment and issued an Invoice number S**-********. I was assured that the package will reach to me next day. After that i started to contact the people and customer care about the whereabouts of my order, but no one was able to reply properly. I am a frequent online buyer and always have proper tracking system. But here even the company had no idea and tracker. So, i cancelled the order as written on their website by sending an email to their sales support. After that i took the same product from Tata Cliq. Then suddenly they started calling that my order was on the way and that i should take the delivery. I refused and asked for the refund. And since then i am only writing to them and not getting any revert or reply for the same. Their executive says no refund will be given and i have to take order. I have never faced such harrasment in online shopping.
