I Call the Kent Customer care for Service of my Kent RO. Service engineer inform me that the Membrane, Sediments and Carbon Filter to be replaced but you have to pay for Carbon Filter and Sediment.
I refused to pay since my ro is under full warranty. Then he didn't change the parts and leave the work.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
