My self Rahul Yadav , i place a order on **/**/**** of realme * & vivo y** back cover from zapvi.in online selling site , order place and payment done by net banking, but yet till date packet not delivered ,
and zapvi customer can't attend any call or what's up, , i am very upset for what will i do, ,
please clarify us the situation against the same ,
