I had placed an order for a saree which was delivered by nykaa fasion as scheduled. It was COD order and I made the payment on delivery. However it was tagged in their app as undelivered and now I am unable to return the package and get a refund. I have been writing emails and calling nykaa fashions since ** days and there is no positive response from their side. It is a clear fraud by the company and seems they are not in a mood to return my money.
